Anderselite are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, on behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy, to join their Cost Management team in London area.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will encompass working closely with the cost management team, as well as
• Evaluate costs and advise on alternative proposals.
• Provide advice on contract arrangements and conditions under which building will be constructed.
• Advise architects and engineers on the cost implications of different construction methods and ensure its reconciled with the budget.
• Prepare tendering documents.
• Manage the costs of projects during the construction stage and negotiate final accounts.
• Lead and manage project delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrative project experience
• Demonstrative experience of using JCT Contracts
• A relevant degree qualification (RICS accredited or equivalent)
• Proven experience of working in a commercially focused role
