Senior Quantity Surveyor

Anderselite are currently recruiting for Senior Quantity for a leading consultancy firm. Ideally you would have experience within Education, Residential, Local Government or Research institutes.
Whilst leading and managing the commercial aspects of the roles, you will also
• Manage accounts and take a proactive role within the service delivery department
• Take a lead role within project management, surveying and Health & Safety
• Ensure that work is executed to company standards and ensure that a professional service has been delivered to the client
• Take a proactive and lead business development as well as retain current business with clients
• Mentor junior team members
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Experience on NEC&JCT contracts knowledge of the UK legal framework
• Project management experience within private and public sector
• Qualified with a BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying.
• Chartered member of the RICS (or equivalent).
• IT skills, such as Office, Outlook, BIM / CAD measure, Cost Planning software e.g. Cost-X.
• Knowledge within the tendering and procurement processes
• Negotiating and communication skills to influence decision making
