Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on pricing and preparing large tenders for a construction project?

We have an opportunity for a 3-month freelance assignment with a large main contractor in Central London.

This role is deemed inside of IR35 and therefore competitive rates are on offer but will be paid via Umbrella PAYE only.

Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:

• Tier 1 Contractor experience
• Experience preparing tenders and prices on large construction projects (£50m+)
• Be available within 1 weeks notice
• Two-Stage Tender knowledge
• Be a Team Player capable of fitting into the Commercial Team and getting up to speed with specifics quickly and effectively
