Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a commercial Property Management professional for a permanent opportunity with a leading real estate services firm. Based from Central London, the Senior Property Surveyor will be responsible for managing a variety of property assets including, industrial and logistics facilities, office complexes and retail units for established market leading clients.

This is a key role within the business working for institutional clients with a focus on multi tenanted Central London offices, making this a much sought-after role. The individual will have a fair degree of direct client involvement and reporting, assisting, and advising on opportunities to maintain and enhance the performance of the property investments.

For this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant degree / property qualification combined with a practical understanding of day-to-day commercial property management. You will need to be customer service driven with strong and effective communication skills to be able to liaise with your client’s professional teams and forge strong and effective relationships.
