Senior Property Surveyor

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Surveyor for a permanent opportunity with a leading real estate services firm. Based from Manchester, the Senior Property Surveyor will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail properties / centres office and industrial units across the North-West.

Your role will also require you to liaise with Centre Managers and on-site teams whilst also monitoring and delivering high quality reports and analysis across key performance measures such as Service Charges /Data Management /Arrears/ Cash Flow/ Turnover Rents etc.

For this role, we are ideally looking for someone who is RICS qualified or with an equivalent property management qualification combined with a practical understanding of day-to-day commercial property management. You will need to be customer service driven with strong and effective communication skills to be able to liaise with your client’s professional teams and forge strong and effective relationships.
