Senior Property Management Surveyor

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Management Surveyor for a permanent opportunity with a leading real estate services firm. Ideally based and covering the Southern Home Counties region, the Senior Property Management Surveyor will be responsible for managing a variety of property assets including office complexes, industrial units, shopping centres and retail parks for a market leading commercial property client.

Working in partnership with the client on this new contract, your role will require you to liaise with Centre Managers and on-site teams whilst also monitoring key performance measures such as Service Charges/Data Management/Arrears/Cash Flow/Turnover Rents etc. You will be supported by marketing leading technology and an experienced team of professionals to call upon for the latest trends, research, marketing and environmental advice allowing you to help clients to preserve current revenue streams and generate new income.

For this role, we are ideally looking for someone who is RICS qualified or with an equivalent property management qualification combined with a practical understanding of day-to-day commercial property management. You will need to be customer service driven with strong and effective communication skills to be able to liaise with your client’s professional teams and forge strong and effective relationships.
