My Client a Leading Main Contractor has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with residential experience
About the project:

Student accommodation-£80 million Project value
Required :Experience on similar scheme ,build to rent luxury apartments/student accommodation

Project Manager will be based in the Birmingham area
Responsibilities:

• Undertake programming, from overall project.
• Provide structured approach to project planning to include health and safety ,execution methods and quality
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of site staff
• Oversee and manage site for the duration of the project.
• Site surveys and inspections
Manage the delivery of projects to high standards by budgeting and programming from contract award to close out.
Manage designated projects to meet company targets post-contract with an input into pre-contract requirements emphasising customer and business excellence.
Making sure project risks are identified and managed through effective mitigation measures will be key priority for you. In addition to managing the procurement/ delivery of subcontract and supplier packages.


The ideal candidate will have residential experience, very good level of industry level.
Salary range £80 -90 K per years plus packages this will be based on the experience.
