Our client is an industry leader in program management and construction management services for large capital programs and oversee activities ranging the full life-cycle of a project. Their current project management team serves both private and public clients in a wide range of sectors. Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their existing team of 5 based in the Leeds office.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the project
• Proactively engaging with the client, construction and design team to drive the project forward.
• Preparation of accurate reports
• When managing the contract, engage with the construction and design teams
• Involvement in the development of more junior members of staff

Qualifications/Experience:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent and with an eye for detail
• Experience in NEC contract administration
• Strong in setting up and implementing robust Project Management processes
• Demonstrate financial acumen relating to viability and cashflows
• Ability to produce formal reports and documents which clearly set out complex issues and recommendations
• Ideally experience working for a Consultancy, Developer or in a client facing role
