Senior Planner required for a Manchester City centre project. You will be an experienced Senior Planner with proven M&E and Build project experience.
The project is the second phase of prestigious Manchester City centre project. The contractor has a very well respected background in refurb and construction projects.
This role is out side IR35. On offer is a day rate of £380 to £400 for a 18 month contract!

The Role:
Using MS Project / ASTA to provide construction programmes for New Build and Refurb projects
Provide expertise in extension of time claims
Work collaboratively with construction teams providing progress reports
Provide progress reports on costs and timescales
Update and revise schedules accordingly

About you
You’ll be an experienced planner with ideally up to 3 years’ experience
Previous construction and supported housing sector experience would be an advantage
Ideally have a HNC/Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction / Construction Management
Have experience in using MS project and ASTA.
