Senior Interior Designer opportunity has become available to join an amazing interior design team in their London studio.

The role would suit a highly experienced senior-level F&B hospitality, Residential designer, where you will be working on a number of exciting UK and international hotel, bar and restaurant projects.

Ideally you will have a proven track record working on a mix of hospitality and residential design projects and bring with you fantastic design skills, and experience leading and running interior design projects, driving the detailed concept and CAD design, client communication and project implementation and directing junior team members.

Duties and Experience required for the role of Senior Interior Designer:
• Hands on creation of detailed Concept Designs and detailed technical design Tender packs, specifications, and documentation for sharing with Clients & Contractors
• Hands-on, detailed CAD design and detailing (Vectorworks/ Autocad), scheduling, sourcing and specifying.
• Overseeing and editing others’ CAD and 3D sketch modelling work
• Hosting site and studio meetings with Clients, Suppliers and Contractors
• Manager and meet deadlines and budgets from start to finish.

Skills & experience:

Strong and extensive residential and hospitality design portfolio
Excellent technical CAD design skills, compiling Stage 4 Tender packs
Experience in a client-facing capacity at a senior level on interiors projects
Minimum of 5 year’s experience
Experience with project set up, procedures, contracts, programme and budgets
Strong construction, fabrication and ’on site’ knowledge in residential and hospitality
Talent for presenting, inspiring and pitching to Clients
Inventive bespoke joinery, FF&E and custom lighting product/CAD design
Proficiency in Vectorworks/AutoCAD (essential),
InDesign, Photoshop • Sketch Up/3D (a bonus)
