We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer with a dynamic, hybrid design practice renowned for its creative approach.

As a Senior Interior Designer, youll be at the forefront of producing high-quality design deliverables, overseeing a range of projects from large-scale hotels to smaller, bespoke interiors. Youll work closely with the Creative Director and CEO, guiding multiple projects simultaneously and mentoring a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional aesthetic and functional outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects, balancing large and small-scale designs.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and architects, while keeping up-to-date with design trends and innovative materials.
- Provide strong project leadership and seamless client service, with impeccable communication and presentation skills.
- Develop and present creative concepts, ensuring they meet technical, financial, and operational requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven expertise in interior design with a strong portfolio of high-quality projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex designs and mentor junior team members.
- Proficiency in design tools and software, with a keen eye for detail, balance and colour.
- A passion for FF&E, including bespoke furniture design.
- Strong client management abilities, with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
