Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a fast growing Groundworks contractor in the North East. This position is ideal for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, that is looking to take the next step up to Senior, and in the future, Commercial Manager.
This role will include:
- Covering multiple Groundworks sites in the North East (Local work) on behalf of a large sub-contractor
- Travelling between sites when necessary
- Working partly with NEC contracts
- Monthly progress reporting
- Possibly working with a Trainee QS depending on experience
- Generally maximising cashflow where possible
- Package includes: Vehicle/Allowance + Fuel card + Pension + Phone + Laptop + Progression
The ideal candidate for this position will consist of the following:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a QS
- Minimum of 3 years experience in groundworks
- Based in the North East
- Preferably NEC experience
- Carrying out end of year reports
