I am currently seeking a Freelance Environmental Manager covering a couple projects (Cambridge & Esseex). This role will form a key part of the senior management team as well as leading on the enviormental decision making.
Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Providing support and guidance for the environment team’s performance and development
- Support the wider delivery team to ensure KPIs and strategic objectives are met
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with legal company environmental requirements and environmental risks are appropriately managed
- Carbon Capture reports, Biodiversity & BREEAM
The ideal candidate would have as follows:
- BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent within Construction, Engineering, Environmental or related discipline.
- Previous experience within infrastructure, construction, rail or similar
- Happy working 4x Days a week on site, 1x day a week from home
- IEMA, CIWEM, CIEEM or IES
- Couple of references.
