Senior Design Manager required for new long term framework in Cumbria.

As Design Manager you will be required to lead a design team and key suppliers/stakeholders focusing on multiple projects with one key client. The framework will deliver over £100m of buildings and refurbishment of existing buildings projects over the next 15 years.

You will have strong experience working in highly regulated industries such as Nuclear, be happy working with strict processes and be comfortable liasing with multiple key stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge

This role will be based in dual locations in Cumbria & Lancashire/Greater Manchester, so the successful candidate will be able to travel between both locations.

Any previous experience of working within the Nuclear/Defence or infrastructure environment within the construction sector would be an advantage,

Ideally you will be degree qualified, with an architecture discipline or construction project management and have site based or main contractor experience previously
