My Client a Leading Main Contractors is looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their team in the Stoke On Trent area .
This position is on a permanent basis


Responsibilities :
Plan ,organise ,control and coordinate the site or the section of the site to a satisfactory and safe completion
Ensure that work are coordinated to ensure suitable safe access and segregation maintained
Ensure that works are not started before Risk Passements ,Task ,Safety Plans and Method Statement are issued and agreed issued and communicated by the sub-contractors and to then actively monitor their implementation
is aware a full project life cycle and contributes effectively with construction expertise at each
Sets up process to ensure that the site team effectively manage all sites reporting such, daily dairy etc as record sheets , site instruction
Salary £65,000 plus benefits .
