Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Manager for a world leading construction consultancy for a healthcare project based in Swindon. You will be engaged in small or large-scale projects within healthcare settings.
Whilst ensuring works on site and schedules are running smoothly and according to deadlines, you will also
• Manage the site by coordinating, controlling, organising, and planning works in line with safety and risk policies
• Set up new processes to ensure team is working efficiently and reporting accordingly
• Managing resources for completion of works
• Coach and train team members
• Ensure works are carried out in adherence to health and safety policies
• Control costs and ensure procurement is done in a timely manner
• Project planning on a weekly and monthly basis and reporting to senior management

Key qualifications and skills
• CSCS card
• HSEQ Training – First Aid at work
• Demonstrated experience in delivery of Healthcare projects
• Experience in Construction Management & Site Management
• Full driving licence
