Senior Civils Engineer (Airport – Site based)

Type: Full time Permanent role - 45 hrs per week
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 per annum plus package inclusive of company car, pension and more (negotiable)
Location: Dublin Airport
Start Date: ASAP

A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Civils Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis and assist with a variety of ongoing civil engineering and infrastructure projects at Dublin Airport. This role will require your presence on site and will be perfect for someone looking to relocate to Dublin or seeking an adventure.

Previous experience working in an airport environment is not essential. The role involves the delivery of high-quality engineering and infrastructure projects associated with building and public realm works projects.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the organization, coordination, and management of technical aspects during the project.
• Collaborate closely with essential partners, such as clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and others.
• Guarantee the on-time completion of critical project milestones within the allocated budget, while adhering to all regulatory and internal health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Document and track concerns, supervise completed tasks, and maintain detailed site records.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years civil engineering experience
• Degree qualified or equivalent in civil engineering
• Previous experience working on an airport desirable
• Technologically savvy with an appetite for adapting to new technology.
• Ability to decipher drawings efficiently and at speed.
• 2 x References.
