Our client are a team of expert building consultants which includes Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor or a Building Surveyor to join their current team.

They have a mixture of work to include the following:

Condition surveys
Acquisition surveys
Dilapidations
PPM
Project work to include Refurbishments, new builds and extensions

To be considered for this role you will be Degree qualified ideally within Building Surveying or another similar discipline and be either MRICS qualified or looking to work towards this. My client is also happy to consider applications from candidates with a similar level of experience if not MRICS qualified.
