Our client is a National leading Construction Consultancy operating from 6 offices across the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join their current team based out of the Leeds office, this role is second in command and will be to support the current Director.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following:

Be degree Qualified in Building Surveying.
Ideally have gained a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Building Surveyor.
Ideally be MRICS qualified or have the relevant level of previous experience.
Have gained experience managing small works projects.
Ideally have gained some experience on the traditional services side as well as on the Project side.
