Due to a continued influx in their work load they are looking for a Senior MRICS Building Surveyor to join their current teams based out of either Leeds or Sheffield.

The role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all core surveying services on a number of interesting areas of property.

To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies

Person Specification:

Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
Strong technical delivery experience
MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
Excellent specification writing skills
Good understanding of JCT Contracts

This is a an excellent opportunity to take on a role that will allow you to progress to an Associate level position as they are ideally looking for someone long term that can manage a team of Building Surveyors.
