As a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist, you will work on various projects from concept to completion, collaborating with internal and external teams. This role covers sectors like commercial, Ministry of Justice, residential, office, and public buildings. Proficiency in Revit is preferred, and training is available if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and coordinate technical drawings
• Work in Autodesk Revit for 2D/3D projects
• Assist in drawing preparation through all RIBA Work Stages
• Liaise with design team and clients for integrated design information
• Advise on specifications for materials and processes
• Attend meetings and site visits as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Portfolio of work and experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Knowledge of technical design, construction, and environmental issues
• Degree in Architectural Technology or relevant qualification
• Proficiency in Revit for 3D collaborative design and 2D production
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
