Anderselite are currently assisting a Construction company who is looking for an experienced and agile Architectural Technician who can provide technical support and architectural detailing knowledge to deliver a design strategy. This person could be based in either Cardiff or Bristol offices and take full advantage of the hybrid and flexible working options available.

FUNCTION
✔️ To assist the business by providing professional technical guidance and innovative solutions to the design and construction teams throughout all RIBA stages comprising both internal and external architectural elements.
✔️ Support their BIM Coordinator (Senior Designer) with the ongoing development of our BIM strategy and processes.
✔️ To undertake Continuing Professional Development and pro actively encourage involvement from the rest of the design team, where relevant.
✔️ Promote the company brand and values.
