As market leaders within BIM you will need to be proficient and have worked on live projects within Revit, you will have significant experience job running and a track record of designing and delivering several projects at the same time whilst delegating to other team members.

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in Revit is essential
A thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations is essential (to include all stages of the RIBA plan of works)
It is preferable that the candidate has a few years UK based experience
Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Qualification in Architectural Technology or another relevant course would be desirable
Attend regular meetings and site visits
Able to take a brief and develop initial proposals
Manage and coordinate a team
Specifications, material selection, detailed designs, understand technical specifications, prepare and develop planning and construction drawings, surveys, plans, drawings and images
Experienced and confident throughout all RIBA stages
