We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working with Revit software and ideally a strong background in the industrial and/or large-scale sector. This role involves working on high-security projects within the nuclear and defence industries. The position is initially a 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise Revit software to develop and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models, drawings, and documentation for nuclear and defence projects.
• Apply industry standards and best practices to create detailed designs, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Assist in the coordination and integration of design elements with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address design issues, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements related to Revit software and BIM methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Revit software, preferably in the industrial and/or large-scale sector.
• At least 10 years of overall industry experience in a relevant field.
• Ideally a single British passport holder due to the nature of high-security projects (although for exceptional candidates, this is not essential as they can be placed on no SC required roles.
• Holder of, or willingness to obtain, security clearance.
• Proficient in creating detailed 3D models using Revit software.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ideally live within commutable distance to Warrington or Manchester, but not essential.
• Flexible to work in a hybrid/remote working environment.
