Anderselite are proud to be working with a long-established and highly respected Hampshire-based architectural practice, who are seeking to appoint a Senior Architect with 7-10 years' professional experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Architect to take a key role in the growth and development of the practice's design team.

The Role
You will be instrumental in leading the design and management of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, from early concept stages through to delivery. The position offers the chance to make a real impact within a supportive and collaborative environment, while contributing to a wide range of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex building types, including residential and mixed-use schemes.
- Manage and coordinate design teams, consultants, and client engagement.
- Produce and oversee design packages from concept through to technical delivery.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction legislation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Candidate Requirements
- 7-10 years' post-qualification experience in architecture.
- Strong track record of delivering major projects.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction legislation.
- Proficiency in Revit (essential).
- A portfolio that demonstrates capability in complex and challenging project types.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience of client-facing responsibilities and day-to-day project management.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
