Associate and Senior Architect Positions – Leading London Practice

Our Client have an opportunity for an Associate with proven construction experience on multi-unit residential schemes. With a minimum of 8 years’ post RIBA Part III experience or equivalent qualification, you will have exemplary design ability, good technical, detailing and specification knowledge to lead a team through Work Stages 04 & 05.

The Client also has opportunities for Senior Architects with a minimum of 6 years’ post RIBA Part III experience or equivalent qualification. The studio encourage applications from dynamic candidates with an interest in the technical design and co-ordination of projects from Work Stage 03 onwards. You will be able to show exemplary design ability, good technical, detailing, and specification knowledge as well as proven technical experience on multi-unit residential schemes.

For both roles you will have the following essential skills:
• A strong team ethic.
• Proven Construction Experience
• Strong residential experience.
• Revit proficiency, BIM Level 2 preferred.
• Enscape proficiency preferred.
• Experience of working on projects from inception through to completion.
• Excellent design, graphic and communication skills.
