Job Title: Senior Architect - Laboratory Sector

Location: Central Manchester

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ARB Senior Qualified Architect with extensive post-qualification experience in the design and delivery of a range of large complex Laboratory projects. The successful candidate will be based in our prestigious clients central Manchester offices.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver large, complex Laboratory projects.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and package sub-contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
Work effectively and collaboratively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and deliver to tight deadlines.
Work as part of a large design team from across a range of disciplines including building services engineers, lighting, and acoustics.

Requirements:

Have a portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills.
Have relevant experience in the delivery of large and complex projects.
Be skilled at dealing with clients, contractors and package sub-contractors to deliver a high-quality product.
Have excellent leadership skills and communication skills, verbally, non-verbally, graphically and in writing strong presentation skills are essential.
Possess relevant experience in the laboratory sector.
Be able to work effectively and collaboratively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and deliver to tight deadlines.
