I am working on behalf of a large construction company in their Facilities Management division, they are recruiting for a Security Administrator to join their business on an initial 5 month contract basis in their offices in Watford. 


- Administering the security clearance process in line with FDIS processes
- Managing the security clearance process for BPSS and SC applications
- Distribution and Coordination of the relevant forms and documentation to the team members
- Verification of right to work documentation and reference checking, making calls to previous employers
- Sending the relevant forms to the customer security clearance office for processing

The candidate:

- Highly organised individual
- Must be aware that confidentiality is a top priority for this position
- Knowledge of GDPR / DPA would be beneficial
- Experience working in an administration role previously is essential
- Security and clearance experience isnt essential but would be an advantage - training can be provided
- Confident over the telephone

Working Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 (30 minute lunch break)

BPSS clearance will need to be obtained for this role but will be provided and conducted by the client
