Schedulers / Ops planners required for a large utilities' provider based in Warrington. The company have a long history of delivering projects across the utilities sector. They are now looking to recruit a high calibre planners/scheduler to join their team in Warrington.

The Work
To plan and schedule works on a 7 day basis
Efficiently scheduling and dispatching service and maintenance engineers to customers
Monitor and update progress
Answering queries from customer and client to service level agreements

For this role you will have:

Good understanding and knowledge of scheduling
have a background in administrative and/or customer service,
excellent ability in the use of Excel and Word.
adept to handling complex queries
accuracy when inputting data.
