Duties:

o Efficiently scheduling and dispatching service and maintenance engineers to customers
o Monitoring engineers actively proactively and proficiently
o Managing all phone and email messages and processing accordingly
o Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time
o Extracting planned testing and inspecting activities from client systems
o Scheduling work to engineers
o Booking testing with customers via telephone and email
o Monitoring the completion of all works
o Report on capacity issues
o Checking and where appropriate amending labour times, materials etc on work orders
o Process site access requests and provide Risk Assessments and method statements engineering operatives
