Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Role Summary:
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in handling incoming customer orders and inquiries efficiently and within agreed timelines. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maximizing opportunities to support the growth of BCS (Business Coordination Services).

Key Responsibilities:

Sale Order Processing:

Process customer orders and requisitions for hire and sale products.
Communicate with department team leaders regarding product availability.
Maintain customer communication throughout the order processing.
Liaise with procurement team for bespoke requests, obtaining cost and availability information.
Follow up on stock alerts and manage central mailbox for incoming orders.
Recover transport wherever possible.
