We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and maximize profitability. The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee a team of sales and marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market penetration, and expand the customer base in the construction industry.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive results and meet or exceed sales goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends in the construction industry.
Collaborate with the product development team to understand and communicate market requirements and customer feedback to ensure the development of competitive and customer-centric products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and other industry influencers to generate new business opportunities and drive customer loyalty.
Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company policies and regulations in all sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:

Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other sales and marketing technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
