Anderselite are looking for a dynamic, flexible and experienced Revit Technician to join a friendly and leading practice in their Manchester office. This company are looking for a team player who also work with autonomy. The successful candidate will be working on a variety of projects, predominantly within the educational sector. Revit experience must be at a proficient level and ideally AutoCAD too. The successful candidate can expect monthly site visits and the freedom to work with autonomy.

Requirements:

- 5 years’ experience
- Degree relating to architectural technology
- Job running experience, desirable
- A good understanding of building, environmental and fire regulations
- Proficiency in Revit

Responsibilities:

- Able to produce high quality drawings with minimal supervision
- Source technician information
- Conduct monthly site visits as projects develop
- Coordinate with other colleagues and disseminate information to team members
- Prepare tender reports and recommendations
