REVIT TECHNICIAN - NORTH WEST - CONTRACT - OUTSIDE IR35
REVIT Technician currently required to join a well established architectural practice, working on a number of projects across the UK. This role has been deemed outside of IR35, and will involve working on a number of projects within the leisure, healthcare and stadia sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established practice, who have recently secured a large amount of work.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience of using REVIT
- Proficient in the use of REVIT to produce detailed design and models
- Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of using REVIT on a variety of projects such as leisure developments, stadia and healthcare schemes
- Excellent understanding of current building regulations & standards and detailing requirements
- Able to manage their own workload, and capable of running multiple projects simultaneously
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day use of REVIT to produce detailed designs
- Working on a number of projects simultaneously - ensuring effective time management
- Working under strict timescales and deadlines where required
- Working within a wider team, you may be required to assist with other projects when workload is high
Package:
- Contract role - OUTSIDE IR35
- Ongoing work, initial contract likely to be 6-12 months
- Manchester city centre location
- Negotiable hourly rate
