Revit Architect opportunity with a leading multinational Architectural Practice working on an exciting array of international projects.

Project/Design Responsibilities
• To work directly with the Creative Director of the Design Studio in a collaborative Computational Design Unit
• To perform Revit Modelling and Design Development Tasks
• To perform material and building system research and participate in the co-ordination and preparation of project specifications.

• Talented, ambitious, and committed individual with an interest in working with a highly creative and free-thinking team.
• A clear work history and portfolio of professional development and learning.
• Experience in delivering the design of complex and iconic design projects utilising advanced digital tools and solutions.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Architecture.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management (not mandatory but preferred).
• Proven background and exposure to BIM Management on complex large-scale projects with a Minimum 8 years’ project experience.
• Extensive knowledge of collaborative environments -ACC/BIM360, Projectwise, SharePoint.
• Extensive knowledge of -
o Authoring tools Revit, AutoCAD
o Coordination tools - Navisworks
o Industry BIM standards and best techniques and the ability to implement them.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary Project Teams and fulfil the role of a Project Architect.
• Ability to Lead the design delivery of complex projects including liaison with Contractors and Manufacturers.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Expert level knowledge of design and construction documentation.
• Expert level knowledge of Modern Methods of Construction.
• EDMS Software incl.: Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Vault.
• BIM Software: Revit.
• CAD Software incl.: AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor.
• VIZ Software incl.: Twin Motion.
• DEV Software incl.: Dynamo.
• MST Software incl.: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• POS Sotware incl.: Adobe Creative Cloud.A.

Someone who has ideally a degree from:
• AA London
• Westminster University
• Bartlett School

Someone who has ideally worked with a leading London/ UK based practice

Rates are Charge rate depending on experience
Minimum 6 months contract
