We're on the lookout for a Responsive Repairs Manager to join a leading housing provider in the Midlands.
If you're a problem-solver with a passion for exceptional customer service, then this role is calling your name! You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring responsive repairs are completed swiftly and to the highest standards.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Oversee the smooth running of repairs, ensuring residents are kept informed every step of the way.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of repair technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating the best deals and ensuring quality service.
- Become a data whizz, analysing trends and reports to continually improve our repairs service and resident satisfaction.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record in managing responsive repairs
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you'll be dealing with residents, technicians, and everyone in between.
- Is a natural leader who can motivate and inspire their team.
- Has a strong commitment to health and safety regulations.
- Holds a valid driving licence (essential for site visits).
