Resource Planner
Southampton
6-month contract
Up to £40,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Opportunity available to join an international engineering organisation on an initial 6-month fix term contract. You will be overseeing resource requirements for a multi-location, global business checking who’s available for which locations for internal and external projects, training requirements, secondments etc.
Key Responsibilities –
- Responsible for carrying out duties within statutory and Company requirements with due regard to HSEQ
- Be responsible for managing global resource allocation to support the business by providing adequate and timely supply of competent and deployable resources
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring users on internal system resourcing functions
- Responsible for analysing resource capacity and identifying potential problems before they arise
- Support the business when required with mass resourcing data uploads
What we need from you –
- Experienced in IT based resource planning systems. Experience in NetSuite system and Resourcing SuiteApp functionalities highly desired
- Experience in resource planning in a similar project-based role
- Good verbal and written communicator, able to converse at all levels
- Experience in working in matrix organisation using flexible resourcing
