Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm. The role will involve oversight of a team of Building & facilities Managers working on several sites and buildings throughout London.

The position will not involve managing any properties directly but to be able to support and be a point of escalation. This is a flexible role where some work can be completed from home / office but you will also manage your own diary to include meeting the team on site.

Key responsibilities of the Regional Facilities Manager will include:

  • Line management responsibilities, whilst being able to identify, act upon and support new business opportunities
  • Leading and inspiring the team to deliver the agreed service, strategy and business plan to achieve high standards of service delivery
  • Co-ordinate the operational day to day aspects of direct report Facilities and Building Managers
  • Management of contractors, all aspects of site Health and Safety, reporting and compliance with risk management practices, together with client interfaces
  • First point of contact for Facilities Managers and Building Managers in respect of advice and support

Qualifications required:

  • IOSH /NEBOSH qualification
  • Proven track record across Facilities Management in a commercial environment
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small team  
  • Experience of leading a team including recruitment, performance management and appraisals
