Recruitment Team Administrator – Maternity Cover – Head Office – Trafford Park/Media City

This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join AndersElite, one of the largest built environment specialist recruiters in Manchester, you will be based in parent company Morson’s flagship Head Office in Eccles. Working with the Manchester office team, your role will be varied covering administration tasks for a busy team of 12 permanent & Temporary recruitment consultants.

Due to impending maternity leave We are looking to recruit an administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract. There is a strong possibility this will be extended made permanent on successful completion of the FTC.

Working hours would 8.30- 5.30pm Monday to Friday (5pm finish on Friday). We operate flexible working with early start/finish times of 7.30-4.30 & 8-5 as well. We currently work office/home split of 3 days office/2 Home. This will be on offer for the successful candidate.

Holidays are 26 days a year + Bank Holidays, and there are incentives in the business to win more time off, which you would be included in.

Your day to day role is to support the Manchester team of 12 consultants who are recruiting staff in the construction industry. Elements of the role will be taking references on candidates to assess suitability, gaining documentation and certification to add to the database. You will be involved with formatting CV’s in Anders Elite branding to issue to clients, you will ensure permanent and temporary workers are compliant via passport checks and ensuring they are set up correctly for payroll. Over time you will be involved with issuing contracts for temporary workers, ensuring all workers are compliant. You will be involved with internal reporting on new starters, and compliance statistics, and updating internal notice boards. You will be on hand to assist the Directors of the business with any
admin related tasks, and be involved with booking travel and compiling expenses for the staff in the team.

Further to the above, you will have:
• Stable career history
• Strong academic qualifications
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Ideally some experience of working for a recruitment agency previously
