Recruitment Administrator

One of our clients is looking for Recruitment Administrator to join their team in Leeds office.
Our client is a leading contractor operating within the rail industry.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Creating and reviewing job descriptions, identifying key skills and behavioural competencies
• Creating, publishing and managing vacancy advertisements across various platforms
• Managing the recruitment email inbox
• Reviewing/shortlisting CV’s and uploading to ATS
• Checking candidate eligibility and right to work
• Ensuring Hiring Managers are reviewing CV applications within agreed SLA’s
• Arranging interviews and issuing pre-interview paperwork to candidates
• Work closely with HR through to offer stage
• Ensuring the candidate journey is positive, seamless and efficient, providing feedback where appropriate
• Liaising with recruiting managers and department heads on all recruitment requirements and keep them updated on their vacancies
• Representing company at external recruitment events
• Provide administrative support to the wider HR team, as and when required

• Previous experience working in the sale role
• CIPD/HR Qualification- desirable
• Must be proactive and extremely organized with excellent communication and good eye for detail
• Experience in the use of recruitment technology and databases
• Fully competent in the use of IT & Microsoft Office suites
• Experience in construction, rails, or related sectors desirable

What we offer:
• Salary £21 000- £24 000(depending on experience)
