Receptionist /PA

Rate:£18-20 per hour on a 10 hour day. 30 minute lunch
Hours: 9-3 Monday- Friday

Recruiting on behalf of Balfour Beatty Vinci, who are looking for receptionist/PA to work on one of their sites in Washwood Heath.

Balfour Beatty Vinci is responsible for designing and building part of the most exciting and challenging railway project in Europe: HS2. We are building the West Midlands section of HS2’s Phase One route, spanning approximately 80km from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and onto Handsacre in Staffordshire. We will be employing thousands of people in the area to design and build the civil infrastructure for HS2 through the West Midlands and to support the project we will have a number of offices and compounds for each of our sublots along the route.

Role:
General admin/ receptionist duties.
Replenishing stock
Great customers – HS2 clients & Birmingham city council
Booking meetings.
Excellent communication skills
Works on own inactive
IT competent.
Excellent customer service skills.
