Role Purpose: As a Front of House team member, you will represent our client and deliver genuine, personalized service to Occupiers and Guests, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception:
- Warmly welcome Occupiers and Guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient arrival and departure experience.
- Deliver 5-star service, creating memorable experiences.
- Promptly and professionally handle calls, emails, and messages.
- Customer Service:
- Address and resolve queries from Occupiers and Guests.
- Offer local area information and assistance.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with building contractors and report issues to the Facilities Management team.
- Ensure Front of House areas are clean and well-presented.
- Security and Safety:
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Security protocols.
- Identify and report suspicious activities.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform administrative tasks, including data management and concierge services.
- Assist with organizing community engagement events.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous Front of House or hospitality experience.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
