We are currently recruiting for Front of House/ Receptionist  for leading property management and real estate services firm in Cambridge.

Role Purpose: As a Front of House team member, you will represent our client and deliver genuine, personalized service to Occupiers and Guests, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception:
    • Warmly welcome Occupiers and Guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient arrival and departure experience.
    • Deliver 5-star service, creating memorable experiences.
    • Promptly and professionally handle calls, emails, and messages.
  • Customer Service:
    • Address and resolve queries from Occupiers and Guests.
    • Offer local area information and assistance.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Coordinate with building contractors and report issues to the Facilities Management team.
    • Ensure Front of House areas are clean and well-presented.
  • Security and Safety:
    • Adhere to Health & Safety and Security protocols.
    • Identify and report suspicious activities.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform administrative tasks, including data management and concierge services.
    • Assist with organizing community engagement events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous Front of House or hospitality experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
