Our client is looking to appoint a Receptionist for one of their offices based in the York city center.
The role is a part-time temporary contract role starting on Monday.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Welcome & sign in visitors, and contractors, issue passes
• Sort & distribute post
• Control meeting rooms as required
• Replenish the coffee machine and other refreshment items
• Check first aid kits
• Order stationery & consumables via online portals
• Arrange couriers if requested
• Answer general queries from staff
• Assist with any other reception duties if necessary
• Report to Office Mgr & Facilities helpdesk any facilities requests or incidents as they arise, i.e. reporting blocked drains, lights out in toilets, dripping taps

• GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Word & Excel
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Literacy and numerical skills
• Strong organization and time management skills

Ideally, have experience working in a similar role.

Job details:
• Working day and hours-Tuesday-Thursday 8.30 to 5 pm
• Rate-£10-£11 an h (depending on experience)
• Duration-4 weeks (06.02.2023-03.03.2023)
