We are currently recruiting for Reception Supervisor for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm in Cambridge.
In this role, you will oversee two primary areas of responsibility:
Community Engagement & Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Community Hub Director & Building Manager to plan and execute events and activities that foster a strong community connection within the building.
- Promote relevant external events and initiatives to enhance residents' experiences.
- Develop relationships with local businesses to provide exclusive offers and services to residents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event planning and execution.
Team Leadership & Welcome Experience:
- Lead and supervise the welcome team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the welcome team, including training and scheduling.
- Provide a warm and efficient welcome experience for residents and guests.
- Handle resident inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality or events management preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest services and handle challenging situations.
- Fluent in English with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
