Our client is a professional services consultancy that provides Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration services to their clients.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking 3-4 Contract Quantity Surveyors to join their team on long term contract basis.

Role:

Commercial management of NEC infrastructure projects in the water sector
▪ Main duties will include
- Providing assurance on our clients’ capital programmes.
- Managing a team of quantity surveyors providing NEC commercial management.
- Ensuring outputs align with client requirements and expectations.

Experience/Skills:

• Degree qualified in a Construction related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Previous experience within the water/highways/rail or civils sectors would be beneficial but not essential.

Our client is prepared to consider applications from candidates from an intermediate QS level up to a Senior QS level and the hourly rate will range from £35.00 to £45.00 Per Hour and reflect your level of previous experience in a similar role.
