Quantity Surveyor required - We are working in partnership with a reputable sub-contractor business based out of their office in the Medway area of Kent and they're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a Permanent Basis (NEC Contract & any Civils/Rail Sub Contractor experience would be ideal)

The Role: QS

Quantity Surveyor - Required as a result of continued growth period, needed to bolster the Commercial Team and take on stand alone projects within their busy sub-contract offering to clients across the Civils, Rail and Infrastructure sectors. Working for reputable Contractors such as FM Conway, Bam Nuttall, Osbornes alongst many others, project values could range typically from £1k up to a £5million and everything inbetween. Mostly NEC form of works, multiple long standing framework agreements and repeat business. Role would require visiting site ½ times a week and would be reporting into an Operational Director.

The Salary:

Flexible up to £37,500 - £42,500 + Package (dependent upon experience/individual)

The Person:

Must have a can do attitude, capable of working as a stand alone QS

Must have 5yrs+ experience as a QS given the nature and complexity of the packages

NEC form of contract experience essential

Competent on IT packages

Live within a reasonable distance of Head Office in Medway, Kent

Relevant project / sector experience would be beneficial
