Our client a small local York/Yorkshire based property specialist Construction Consultancy focussed on providing excellence in Quantity Surveying.

Due to an increase in their current workload, they are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has gained the relevant experience in private practice to work on a variety of projects across sectors but mainly within the pub/restaurant/leisure sector.

You will ideally need to be Degree qualified and have gained some previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor ideally for another Consultancy or client-side organisation. You will initially be supporting one of the Directors within the company on larger schemes with a view to taking on some of your own small/medium sized projects.

• Ideally you will have gained a degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Be MRICS qualified or be working towards this.
