Job Title - Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out)

Based - West Lancashire

Salary - £53,000 + car allowance plus package

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on Retail Fit Out projects. An award winning fit out contractor with a very strong order book. They have established a fantastic name in the industry.

My client are seeking a dynamic and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in West Lancashire.

The candidate

All applicants must have fast track fit out project experience

Ideally degree Qualified in relevant degree (ideal but not essential)

Must be within a reasonable commute on the head office - West Lancashire

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in industry-related software and tools

•Must have a full driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting cost estimates and budget preparation for retail fit-out projects.

• Collaborating with the site team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements.

• Monitoring project costs and implementing cost-control measures.

• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
