Anders Elite are partnering with a well known civil engineering business specialising in transportation who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a land mark project.

This people centric business is looking for a professional who has strong experience and a track record of success working in Highways on maintenance contracts.

Your duties will include;

Preparing forecasting of profit & loss reports for review

Analysis of cost trends and savings to support the contract

Reporting forecasts against actual costs

Site measures and agreeing with client

Management of change, agreeing variations and compensation events

undertaking costs value analysis for all aspects of term maintenance works, planned and reactive

Qualifications

BSc in Quantity surveying or an equivalent degree

Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract JCT and ICE

Accredited by RICS or CIOB
