Anderselite are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work in Central London on asset intelligence projects with in the construction industry. Working on the security for M&E packages e.g fitting senses and CCTV.

Quantity Surveyor:
Duration: Immediate to on going
Location: Victoria/Westminster

Rate: Negotiable Outside IR35
£350-£450 LTD per day
(if deemed so by a QDOS)


•London based working Asset intelligence projects with the House of Parliament FWK, DEFRA Project, London Fire Brigade Project etc.
• minimum of 2+ years experience as a QS,
• SE Clearance would help but not mandatory
• NEC ECC (Option A/C) experience
• Tier 1 Contractor experience and Principal Contractor Experience
• Diligently Administer a Contract both Upstream (Client) and downstream (Subcontractor) i.e. Record Keeping, Payments, Spend Profile/Forecast of Costs, Risk Management, Change Control Management (EW/CE/Quotation) updating internal registers (Payments Forecast, Risk Registers, EW/CEs Registers), Weekly and Monthly CTC Update and Reconciliation to ensure accurate project performance and knowledge to enhance margin through buying gains, risk management
• Strong Analytic skills, Problem Solving, Self-Motivated, Confident Communicator
